An investigation into online marketplace thefts has led Waterloo Regional Police to a property in Kitchener. Cruisers were seen parked along Shanley Street on Monday morning. Police said their presence was related to “multiple thefts and robberies linked to online marketplace transactions.” “Investigators have located and recovered a vehicle believed to be connected to several incidents currently under investigation,” they told CTV News. One male was taken into custody. Police did not share any further details about their investigation.
