OPP confirm no foul play after woman found dead in St. Thomas area

Elgin County OPP say a sudden death last month has been deemed not suspicious.

Elgin OPP say a woman’s death last month is not suspicious and foul play has been ruled out.

Officers were called Feb. 22 after a woman was found lying on the side of Sunset Drive.

At the time, police said paramedics attempted life-saving measures, but the woman was later pronounced dead at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital.

They say no further information will be released.
