A 77-year-old Haldimand County woman has died after a two-vehicle collision Friday afternoon. Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Haldimand Road 20 and Kohler Road at about 3:30 p.m. for a collision involving an SUV and a passenger van. Police said the woman was the lone occupant of the SUV and sustained critical injuries. She was transported to hospital by Ornge air ambulance, but later died from her injuries. The occupants of the van were not injured. The intersection was closed for several hours while police investigated.
