A London man has been charged in a child luring investigation and police are looking for more potential victims. On Oct. 20, police said a man started speaking with a person online that he believed was a 14-year-old girl. Officers said during their exchange, the suspect offered to pick her up and take her for a drive. The suspect allegedly gave his phone number, continuing the conversation via text, which became sexual in nature, police said. Sexually explicit photos were reportedly sent and the suspect allegedly asked for photos back. The LPS said the suspect also agreed to meet the girl in person. Police identified the suspect as a London man who was using Snapchat with the username “biskylover”. On Oct. 22, officers arrested 25-year-old Dylan Jonathan Carter. He has been charged with: The LPS is looking for any other potential victims, releasing the accused’s picture in an effort to do so.
