The Saskatchewan Roughriders have re-signed American offensive lineman Thomas Perry and Jaison Williams. Both spent time with the Roughriders during the 2026 CFL season. The six-foot-three and 312 pound Perry made his CFL debut on Oct. 12 against the Montreal Alouettes, and appeared in three regular season games at left guard. He originally signed with Saskatchewan in April after attending NFL rookie mini-camps with the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers in 2025. Prior to turning pro Perry spent four seasons at Middlebury College in Vermont, where he was named to the 2024 Division III Walter Camp and American Football Coaches Association All-American teams. Williams, who checks in at six-foot-four and 320 pounds, signed with the Roughriders in February 2026 and spent most of the season on the practice roster. He made his CFL debut at right tackle on Oct. 24. Prior to signing with Saskatchewan Williams signed with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent following the 2025 NFL draft. He spent six collegiate seasons at Youngstown State in Ohio, and was a four-time All-Missouri Valley Football Conference selection, earning Third-Team All-American honours as a senior.
