A 31-year-old man has been charged after one person was sexually assaulted in Scarborough earlier this month. Toronto police said the victim was walking in an alleyway near Steeles Avenue East and Warden Avenue on Aug. 1 when a suspect approached from behind. The suspect allegedly then pushed the victim to the ground and sexually assaulted them. Shortly after, he fled the area, last seen running towards Warden Avenue. In a news release on Friday, the suspect was identified as 31-year-old Anh Tuan Le. He has been arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault and criminal harassment. Police said they believe there may be more victims and are asking anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
