A motorcyclist was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Langley on Tuesday night, according to police. Langley RCMP says first responders were called to the 20500 block of 16th Avenue just after 10:15 p.m. “Tragically, despite life-saving efforts, one individual succumbed to their injures at the scene,” said Sgt. Zynal Sharoom, in a statement early Wednesday. “The Lower Mainland Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service (ICARS) have been deployed to assist with the investigation.” Roads were closed in the immediate area for the investigation and reopened around 4:10 a.m. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call 604-532-3200 and reference file number 2026-32058.
