The winner of Saturday’s $32 million Lotto 6/49 jackpot bought their ticket in Surrey, B.C., the provincial lottery corporation announced. According to the B.C. Lottery Corporation, the ticket’s exact retail purchase location and the winner’s name won’t be revealed until they claim their prize. This lotto win didn’t come from the classic set of winning numbers, but from a 10-digit raffle number on every ticket for the Gold Ball jackpot. The winning sequence was: 00461505-01, and luckily for the winner, a Gold Ball was drawn instead of a white ball, landing them the jackpot. “The Gold Ball Draw is a guaranteed prize draw where players will win either the Guaranteed Prize of $1 million, or the growing Gold Ball Jackpot that starts at $10 million,” the BCLC explained in a statement Sunday. Winning odds for the Gold Ball jackpot depend on the number of tickets sold.
