Crowfest in Chatham has set a plan for Saturday’s events if rain poses a safety risk. Whether it rains or not, Crowfest will take place. Weather will be monitored throughout the day and if rain continues to the point where it’s not safe for buskers to perform outside, festivities will move inside to The Garden on King and 100 King. Attendees are asked to watch social media throughout the day for any chances or updates to locations.
