Windsor Regional Hospital is celebrating a milestone in the construction of the new acute care hospital. Early Wednesday morning, the first pour of concrete happened at the construction site of the Fancsy Family Hospital at County Road 42 and the Ninth Concession. The foundation is the first permanent structure component to be installed at the sprawling 60-acre site. The pictures show what will one day be a tunnel connecting the Education and Admin Centre to the hospital itself.
