There’s isolated showers possible Saturday through Sunday, but we are expecting some wet snow mixed in with that. Heavy snow is expected in the mountains, with 20 to 30 centimetres possible. Five to seven centimetres is expected in the Banff townsite, Canmore, Okotoks and High River. Calgary and Cochrane can expect one to three centimetres, plus one to three millimetres of rain. Temperatures are also expected to plummet. Roy Millar shows the beautiful green starting to emerge in the south end of Calgary.
