There’s a cool down coming for Calgary ahead of the long weekend. Wednesday’s expected rainfall should start clearing out of Calgary at 7:30 Thursday morning. Then the clouds will clear out for the afternoon, with a high of 18 C. Lots of details to download for the long weekend, starting with isolated showers and a risk of thunderstorms on Friday afternoon. Heavy rain is expected to continue Friday night through Saturday. As it dips closer to the freezing mark Saturday night, that precipitation could have some snow mixed in until early Sunday morning. Things should improve by Sunday afternoon, with a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 7 C expected before things warm up again on the holiday Monday.
