Some sunshine to start your day Tuesday, but cloud cover will build as we head into the afternoon. “There is a chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms building this afternoon right across southern Ontario,” explained CTV London Meteorologist Julie Atchison. Atchison says the forecast high today, 24 degrees, is right around where we should be for this time of year. “Temperatures a bit milder heading into the afternoon and warming up,” said Atchison. “Same story heading into Wednesday. So peeks of sunshine in the morning, daytime heating and that combination of instability.” Slightly unsettled conditions linger later in the week, with more rain and gusty winds in the extended forecast.
