The latest home sales data from the London St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR), shows that local home sales may be on the rebound. Just under 400 homes changed hands last month with an average sale price of around $614,000, that’s up compared to November. With December’s data finalized, nearly 7,000 homes changed hands in 2025. According to LSTAR, although year over year values are down since December 2024 and inventory remains at a high level, the current buyer’s market is slightly shifting toward a more balanced one.
