IN PHOTOS: Roads closed across Huron, Perth counties after severe weather

Viewers across the region sent images of the damage left in the wake of a massive storm system that swept the region on Wednesday evening.

Several roads are closed across Huron and Perth counties following severe weather that brought down trees and hydro lines, according to OPP.

Police are advising motorists to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary and to stay off the roads where possible.

Motorists are also reminded to obey all road closure signs.
