The London Knights extended their season with a 4-1 win over the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds Wednesday night. It was a must-win game for London, after losing the first three games of the best-of-seven series. The Knights fell behind early in the Soo however, heading into the first intermission with a 1-0 deficit. Jacob Vandeven evened the score in the second period, before Ryan Brown put London ahead. Brown wasn’t done there, extending London’s lead in the third period. He also buried an empty-netter in the game’s late stages, completing his hat-trick, and ensuring the Knights’ season would continue for at least one more game. Game five will be another must-win for London. It’s scheduled for Friday night at Canada Life Place.
