Fire crews in Sarnia rescued a person from a garbage truck early Friday after they were dumped into the vehicle while sleeping in a dumpster. Fire officials said the incident occurred at about 6 a.m. when the dumpster was emptied into the truck with the person inside. The person was injured and had to be stabilized before firefighters removed them through the rear of the vehicle. They were taken to hospital for treatment.
