Regina Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of leaving a Regina restaurant without paying for his food. The incident happened around 4 p.m. on June 25 at a restaurant on the 1800 block of Victoria Avenue. Police says the man ordered several items from the menu, consumed the food and then left without paying. The suspect pictured below was wearing a black hat, black shorts and a blue T-shirt.
