A motorcyclist has serious injuries after being ejected from his vehicle in Mississauga on Thursday, paramedics say. The crash happened in the Erin Mills neighbourhood, near Ridgeway Drive and McMaster Road, which is east of Highway 403 and north of Dundas Street West. Peel Regional Police said they attended that area just before 3 p.m. for reports of a singular motorcycle collision. Peel Regional Paramedic Services said they arrived at the scene just after 3 p.m. and assessed an adult male who had been ejected from his motorcycle. They said he was airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre with serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries. Currently, Ridgeway Drive is closed in both directions from McMaster Road to Dovetail Mews. This investigation is ongoing.
