Amber Alert issued for four-year-old from B.C.’s Okanagan

Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for a four-year-old boy from B.C.’s Okanagan following an alleged parental abduction.

Anyone who has seen Atlas Andrews of West Kelowna is urged to call 911 immediately.

West Kelowna RCMP said the child was last seen in the community Tuesday, and is believed to be with his mother Alisse Andrews.

Investigators said the 40-year-old may be driving her son in a black 2021 Nissan Qashqai with B.C. licence plate RV003L.

“Do not approach,” the Amber Alerts reads. “Call 911.”

The child is described as white, 3’ tall, 51 lbs. with brown hair and hazel eyes. Authorities said the mother is also white, 5’3” tall, 121 lbs. with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
