Amalfi Peach Peroni (Italy)

Ingredients

• Peroni Capri Beer
• Gin (1 oz)
• Peach nectar (1.5 oz)
• Splash of Campari
• Pinch of sea salt
• Garnish: Peach dipped in sea salt

Method (made directly in beer bottle)

• Pour a few ounces of the beer out
• Add gin
• Add peach syrup
• Add a dash of Campari
• Add a pinch of sea salt
• Garnish with a peach slice dipped in sea salt

Marrakech Olive Orchard Martini (Morocco)

Ingredients

• 2 ½ oz vodka
• ½ oz rosemary infused vermouth
• ½ oz olive brine

Method

• Add the vodka, vermouth, and olive brine to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously
• Finish with drops of olive oil, and garnish with a rosemary branch skewered with olives

Santiago Spritz (Chile)

Ingredients

• Chilean sparkling wine (4 oz)
• Chilean Pisco (½ oz)
• Passionfruit nectar (1 oz)
• Soda (1 oz)

Method

• Fill wine glass with ice
• Add sparkling wine
• Add Pisco
• Add passionfruit nectar
• Top with soda and stir
• Garnish with a skewer of frozen grapes
