A section of Highway 401 has reopened Thursday following a crash between a transport truck and a passenger vehicle. During the morning commute, OPP said traffic was at a standstill in the eastbound lanes between Union Road and Colonel Talbot Road. An OPP spokesperson told CTV News that one person was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A tow truck attended scene to remove the car that was blocking traffic.
