One man is dead and six people are injured after a truck rolled over on a Manitoba highway on Sunday. According to RCMP, officers from the Lundar detachment responded to a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 6 near the junction at Highway 237, north of Moosehorn and roughly 200 kilometres north of Winnipeg. Mounties said a truck being driven south went off the highway into the ditch and rolled multiple times before it stopped. The driver, a 21-year-old man from Thompson, died from his injuries at the scene. Six passengers inside the truck suffered non-life-threatening injuries. STARS Air Ambulance and multiple EMS units responded to the crash, and part of Highway 6 was closed for more than three hours. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
