Man found after allegedly breaking electronic monitoring device

A 29-year-old man from Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Que., has been located after an alleged violation of his probation.

The Sûreté du Québec (SQ) said it had reason to believe Scott McInnes “broke his electronic monitoring device.”

The SQ said Thursday night that he had been found and will be questioned by investigators.
