A warrant has been issued for a woman wanted in a months-long drug trafficking investigation led by the Regina Police Service (RPS) Drug Unit. Police are searching for 20-year-old Cassidy Marie Arsenault related to an investigation into a group of people from Regina and B.C. who were believed to be involved in producing and trafficking fentanyl in Regina. Investigators with the drug unit executed a search warrant at a residence in the 3800 block of East Cormorant Drive on Aug. 17, 2026 following an investigation that began in May 2026. Several items were found, including: RPS says it’s believed the seizure prevented over 50,000 single doses of fentanyl from being distributed in Regina. Police say it’s the first time a charge has been laid in Regina for the production of fentanyl, with the approximate street value over $500,000. Arsenault, from Burnaby, B.C. is charged with possessing or transporting a substance intending it will be used to produce a controlled substance, trafficking a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000. Evan Drew Silzer, 33, from Regina and Mathew Yohana, 20, from Richmond, B.C. were arrested and are facing several charges, including production of a controlled substance, trafficking a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000 and over $5,000. They made their first court appearance on Aug. 18.
