The City of Windsor is looking for development proposals for the former Concord elementary school site. The 2.2-acre property on Raymond Avenue is the sixth municipal site offered under the city’s Housing Solutions Made for Windsor strategy. The city says the initiative is aimed at increasing the housing supply by preparing municipal land for residential development. Proposals will be accepted until Nov. 18.
